How does the 6 Year Product Assurance program work?

The 6 Year Product Assurance program extends the standard basic product warranty with additional years of coverage - giving you a total of 6 years of warranty on your Shima product. During the basic warranty period, you will need to contact the store where the product was purchased to file a claim. After the expiration of the basic warranty, we will give you the opportunity to benefit from additional years of product warranty - in which case the complaint should be submitted through our form, which will be available in your customer account.
How do I register a product in the 6 Year Product Assurance program?

Product registration in the 6 Years Product Assurance program is very simple. All you need to do is create an account and fill out the product registration form.
How to claim a product during the standard warranty?

Is extended warranty from the 6 Year Product Assurance program assigned to the product or to the customer?

The extended warranty is assigned to the account of the customer who submitted the product to the 6 Year Product Assurance program. Another user will not be able to fill out the claim form, which is available in the customer's account.
When will I receive the 6 Year Product Assurance program certificate for the submitted product?

The certificate will be sent to the email address assigned to the account of the user who submitted the product for the 6 Year Product Assurance program via the submission form included in the customer account. According to the regulations, we have 30 days to verify the application and respond. As a rule, we do it faster. However, there are a lot of submissions and we are not able to respond to all of them right away.
